Santorinis is a small but charming restaurant that serves up a range of Mediterranean dishes that include elements of Spanish, Italian, Greek and Turkish cuisine. The maitre d' was friendly and welcoming and had a good line in football chat (appropriate on this occasion, as we were there on World Cup Final Sunday) and the food was excellent. Particular highlights for me were the chorizo starter and the seafood paella, both delicious.

Service was appalling. Waited 25 mins for someone to take our order. The starter was absolutely gorgeous, sizzling prawns. There were three prawns served one of which we only discovered lurking at the bottom of the dish. Mains again were nice but far to much past and too little chicken in both our servings.
Overall, I would not recommend Santorinis unless you have a couple of hours to spare.

Fabulous resteraunt in the heart of Wexford town. Called in on Saturday for 4 People and different dishes and food was great. Staff extremely pleasant and not disturbing you during your meal. Toilet spotless. Red wine went down well and a pint of Morrelli. Definitely calling back
